防爆纤维介绍
防爆纤维是以聚丙烯为原材料，通过特殊工艺制造而成的，具有抗拉申、耐冲击、提高整体强度;疏水、排气、防龟裂、防爆裂;缩短烘烤周期、简化升温过程，提高整体使用寿命的一种特殊纤维。

防爆纤维作用机理
本产品与其它耐火材料混合均匀，成形后，进行烘烤，随着烘烤温度不断升高，并达到一定温度时这种纤维即开始软化、收缩、熔化，最后形成气孔并碳化，它们在施工体内分布形成微小网络气孔，它能打开水气通道，减轻内部应力，防止爆裂。
使用方法
（1）根据厂家混合机的类型不同.先投放适量的水泥或超细粉.再取适量的防爆纤维与之混合.投入至混合机中.（注：以1-2kg/T为宜）
（2）启动设备将其混合搅拌。回测观察防爆纤维是否均匀分散在混合物中.如均匀分散.在将大粒耐火材料投入到混合机中.进行搅拌。
（3）具体用量根据厂家实际情况.自行酌定控制搅拌时间。
防爆纤维应用范围
防爆纤维适用于各种散状材料如：耐火涂抹料、浇注料、自流料、喷补料、可塑料、捣打料、不烧砖、泡泥等不定型耐火材料，在高强快干不定型耐火材料上应用更为显著。
