望春花集团公司主营各类平绒面料，集 纺—织—染—印 一条龙生产。旗下有七家独立法人资格的公司。在平绒行业有三十多年的技术基础和生产管理经验，因新产品开发力度大和质量好而闻名于全行业，是平绒行业的龙头企业，在国际同行业中也有相当的知名度。 纱厂位于湖北省松滋市，拥有6万环纺纱锭。集团旗下有四家织厂，拥有织机600台。 印染厂位于江阴市青阳镇，拥有4万平方米的厂房，有三条染色及后整理线，两条抓剪绒整理线，两台冷转移印花机、10台数码印花机和配套前后道处理设备形成的一条完整数码印花和冷转移印花生产线，数码印花月产能10万米。整个印染厂月产能100万米。With the experience of being in velveteen business for more than 35 years,MET Group has become the expert of velveteen producing .We intergrate spinning-weaving-dyeing-printing-R&D-sales .Vertical operation is beneficial to stabilize the quality and make a quick reaction to market requirement .The spinning mill of the group with 60000 spindles located in Songzi city of Hubei province .The weaving mill of the group with 600 looms located in Jiangyin city of Jiangsu province .The dyeing mill of the group is located in Jiangyin city of Jiangsu province ,near to the weaving mill .The whole plant of the dyeing mill covers 40000m2 。It has 3 dyeing and finishing lines ; 2 brushing and shearing lines ;2 set of cold transfer printing and 9 digital printing machines The whole capacity of the dyeing mill is about 1 million meters per month.
